As an AptLok Real Estate Agent, you'll operate as an independent commission-based partner working across all three pillars of our business. You'll earn commission for every apartment community you bring to AptLok's mobile app, every builder whose property you list on aptlok.com, and every property sale or rental you facilitate through the platform. The more you close, the more you earn — there's no ceiling.

Identify premium properties worth filming for our YouTube channel — the video drives leads, leads drive sales, sales drive your commission. How You'll Earn

• Community Onboarding Commission: Earn for every apartment complex you bring to AptLok's mobile app platform
• Builder Listing Commission: Earn a percentage on builder listing fees, video shoot packages, and premium placements you close
• Property Sale/Rental Commission: Standard brokerage commission (1-2%) on every property transaction you facilitate through AptLok
• Referral Bonus: Earn bonus for referring other agents who become productive partners

What You'll Do

• Identify and approach apartment complexes for AptLok mobile app deployment — pitch, demo, and close
• Connect with builders and independent developers to list their properties on aptlok.com with full marketing packages
• Identify high-value properties suitable for YouTube video walkthroughs and coordinate with the content team
• Match property seekers (from AptLok's website leads) with suitable properties and facilitate site visits
• Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers, handle documentation support, and close transactions
• Build and maintain a personal network of property owners, builders, and buyers in your operating area
• Attend open houses, property expos, and Apartment Association events to generate business
