Digital Marketing Executive
About the Role
AptLok operates on three interconnected fronts, and as a Digital Marketing Executive, your campaigns will fuel all of them. First, you'll create targeted campaigns to attract Apartment Associations to deploy AptLok's community management mobile app — think LinkedIn outreach to committee members, local Facebook group engagement, and WhatsApp-based awareness campaigns that show how gate security and payment tracking work. Second, you'll drive property seekers to aptlok.com through SEO, Google Ads, and social media — making sure that when someone searches "2BHK flat in Miyapur," AptLok shows up. Third, you'll grow AptLok's YouTube channel by promoting property walkthrough videos, weekly real estate news roundups, and locality guides that establish AptLok as Hyderabad's go-to real estate voice.
This isn't a support role where you execute someone else's strategy. You'll own the entire digital marketing function — from planning campaigns and allocating budgets to creating content, running ads, tracking analytics, and reporting ROI. You'll work closely with the sales team to generate leads for apartment onboarding, with builders to promote their listings, and with the content team to distribute property videos across platforms. Every campaign you run directly impacts revenue.

What You'll Do
- Plan and execute targeted campaigns to attract Apartment Associations for mobile app adoption — LinkedIn, Facebook groups, WhatsApp, and local digital channels
- Run Google Ads and Meta campaigns targeting property seekers — "apartments in Gachibowli," "villas in Kompally," etc.
- Manage and grow AptLok's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter
- Optimize aptlok.com SEO — locality pages, newsroom articles, property listings, and blog content
- Promote builder property listings through paid and organic campaigns to maximize their visibility
- Grow AptLok's YouTube channel — promote property walkthroughs, weekly newsroom videos, and locality guides
- Create compelling content: ad creatives, social posts, email newsletters, landing pages, and video thumbnails
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance with clear ROI metrics weekly
- Coordinate with videographers to identify high-potential properties for YouTube content
Growth Path
Start as the sole digital marketer and build the function. As AptLok scales to more cities, you'll evolve from executor to strategist, eventually heading a team that manages multi-city digital campaigns across all three business fronts.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years in digital marketing (agency or in-house)
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and YouTube promotion
- Strong SEO knowledge — on-page, technical, and content strategy
- Excellent copywriting skills in English
- Proficiency with Canva, basic video editing for social content
- YouTube channel growth experience is a significant plus
- Understanding of real estate buyer journey and local Hyderabad market
