About the Role

Property Scouts are the foundation of everything AptLok does. Every property listed on aptlok.com, every video walkthrough on our YouTube channel, and every market insight in our newsroom starts with someone visiting the property in person. As a Property Scout, you'll travel across Hyderabad — from the IT corridors of Gachibowli and Financial District to the emerging hotspots of Kompally, Shadnagar, and Shamshabad — visiting properties, meeting owners and builders, capturing high-quality photos, and recording the accurate details that help buyers make confident decisions.

But you're not just collecting data. You're AptLok's eyes on the ground for all three business fronts. When you visit an apartment complex, you'll assess whether they could benefit from AptLok's mobile app and flag them for the sales team. When you visit a builder's project, you'll evaluate whether it's worth listing on the website and whether it has the visual appeal for a YouTube walkthrough. When you notice a new project launching or a locality trending, you'll report it so our newsroom and advisory teams can cover it. Your field intelligence directly feeds AptLok's content, sales, and marketing engines.

This is a perfect role for someone who loves being out in the city, has a natural curiosity about real estate, and takes pride in accuracy and visual quality. Many of our best Property Scouts have gone on to become locality experts, content producers, and even sales leaders within the company.

What You'll Do

• Visit 5-8 properties daily across assigned localities — apartments, villas, plots, and builder projects
• Capture professional-quality photos using smartphone (training and guidelines provided)
• Record accurate property details — dimensions, amenities, condition, pricing, and owner contact info for aptlok.com listings
• Identify visually impressive properties and recommend them for YouTube video walkthroughs
• Assess apartment complexes for AptLok mobile app potential and flag them for the sales team
• Build relationships with property owners, local brokers, and builders for exclusive listings
• Report locality-level intelligence — new project launches, price trends, infrastructure changes, and upcoming developments
• Upload verified data to AptLok's platform using our mobile tools
