Freelance Videographer

About the Role

AptLok is building the largest library of property walkthrough videos in Hyderabad, and we need skilled freelance videographers who can deliver professional, ready-to-publish output on a per-shoot basis. This is not a full-time role — you'll work on assignments when available, with clear deliverables and payment per project. We provide everything you need to start: the property address, owner/builder contact details, access coordination, brand guidelines, and a shot list. You bring your skills, equipment, and eye for visual storytelling.

Each assignment is straightforward: visit the property, shoot a comprehensive walkthrough (exterior, interior, amenities, neighborhood), edit the footage into a polished 2-4 minute video with AptLok branding, and deliver the final file within 48-72 hours. The output goes directly to AptLok's YouTube channel, the property listing page on aptlok.com, and the builder's marketing toolkit. Your work is seen by thousands of property seekers and becomes a permanent asset in our content library.

We work with multiple freelancers across Hyderabad, assigning shoots based on locality and availability. If you're reliable, consistent, and your output quality is high, you'll get a steady stream of assignments — some weeks 2-3 shoots, during builder launch seasons as many as 5-6. Top freelancers earn ₹30,000-60,000 per month working on their own schedule. It's ideal if you're building your own video business, studying, or want flexible income alongside other commitments.

How It Works

• We assign: Property address, owner/builder contact, access time, shot requirements, and AptLok brand template
• You shoot: Visit the property, capture all required angles — living spaces, kitchen, bathrooms, balcony, parking, building exterior, amenities, and neighborhood context
• You edit: Color grade, add text overlays (property details, pricing), background music from our approved library, AptLok intro/outro, and export in 1080p/4K
• You deliver: Final video file + raw footage (optional) within 48-72 hours via Google Drive or WeTransfer
• We pay: Fixed rate per shoot, paid within 7 days of delivery approval

Deliverables Per Shoot

• One 2-4 minute property walkthrough video (landscape, 1080p minimum)
• One 30-60 second vertical cut for Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts
• 5-10 high-quality still frames extracted from the video for website listing
• All edited with AptLok branding template (provided)
