What it means for buyers
Anuj Puri, Chairman of Anarock, said festive-season demand is expected to receive support from stable borrowing costs and new launches, though buyers may stay selective because of higher prices and affordability concerns. For Hyderabad, a surge in launches means more choice in growth corridors such as Kokapet and the Financial District, but also more projects competing for the same buyers.
Anarock's quarterly view should be read alongside half-yearly data from CRE Matrix, which reported a rise in unsold stock in Hyderabad — see our companion analysis, Hyderabad's unsold housing stock rises 21%. The two reports cover different periods and should not be compared number-for-number.
