Trump Towers Hyderabad: ₹2,000 crore twin-tower project to bring South India's first Trump-branded residences to Kokapet

Trump Towers Hyderabad, a roughly ₹2,000 crore twin-tower project on Kokapet's Golden Mile Road, will be the first Trump-branded development in South India. Announced on 12 August 2026, it is the eighth Trump-branded project in India and marks a major push into Hyderabad's ultra-luxury segment.

Project at a glance

The project comprises two 65-storey towers rising about 800 feet, with roughly 450 residences across about 22 lakh sq ft of developable area. The mix includes 3.5BHK and 4BHK apartments, double-height simplex residences and 16 penthouses. A suspended sky bridge on the 28th floor will connect the towers and house the Trump Club, a landscaped club floor. Apartments are priced between ₹5 crore and ₹10 crore.

Investment and timeline

Tribeca Developers founder Kalpesh Mehta said the company will invest ₹1,700–1,800 crore excluding land, which is valued at about ₹250 crore, taking the total to about ₹2,000 crore. Tribeca is developing the project with Hyderabad-based Ira Realty. Completion is expected in about four years, and projected sales realisation is ₹3,500–4,200 crore. Deccan Chronicle reports that eight penthouses have already sold for about ₹250 crore, one of them at ₹62 crore.

Brand and buyer demand

Tribeca is the Trump brand's official representative in India and has earlier delivered projects in Mumbai, Pune, Gurugram, Noida and Kolkata. Mehta said the company has not seen any major impact on sales from India–US relations. Ira Realty managing director Narsi Reddy described it as a brand that needs no introduction paired with a developer proven to deliver.

Kokapet has become the centre of Hyderabad's high-value land and luxury housing market, with record land auctions and a growing cluster of premium towers. A branded, ₹5–10 crore product signals developer confidence that demand from affluent buyers can support pricing far above the city's ₹8,211 per sq ft weighted average (Knight Frank, Q1 2026).
