Land in Raidurg has sold for ₹269 crore per acre in the latest auction by the Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC), setting a new benchmark for Hyderabad's IT corridor. Gulte reported on 28 August 2026 that the price came a week after an adjacent parcel fetched ₹264 crore per acre.
The auction
TGIIC put up 5.38 acres in Survey No. 83/1 at Raidurg. The government had set a minimum price of ₹175 crore per acre and required a ₹10 crore advance payment from bidders. Vamsi Ram Builders won the parcel at ₹269 crore per acre — about 54% above the reserve — for total proceeds of roughly ₹1,447 crore to the state.
A rising run of records
